- Specially sweet potatoes , kohila (lacia aculeata) , sour sap has the ability to prevent cancer.
- Kothalahimbutu , thebu are very good herbs to control your high blood sugar levels.
- Walk for short distances as more as possible.
- Walking is very good for your cardiovascular system.
- Avoid lift or escalator as long as possible
- Try to go up and down at least for two or three stories via stairs. This will automatically gives you a workout.
