It's really simple...

Though , for decades people thought that , to avoid getting non-transmitting diseases is very difficult. But nature has proven you wrong. Its only you who can defeat your own ego and get fit. Most of the time modern city dwelling people cannot afford any time to  do jogging , or physical activities due to their busy life. And what leads you to the obesity is junk food.

Now what you can do to avoid getting fatty and unhealthy. It's Okay to be fatty , because there are three body types. Ectomoph   , mesomorph , endomorph. A person who has a endomorph body type is genetically has a large bone structure and they have loads of fat tissues. 
Let's get back to the topic.

  1. Avoid Junk foods 
    • Junk foods contains loads of fat and carbs. Saturated fat can cause your body to produce LDL (Low Density Lipoprotiens ) which can lead to heat attacks , paralysis , coma and even death.
  2. Consume more vegetables and fruits

    • Most of the organic products  contains natural fibers and low carb , high proteins and essential Vitamins.
    • Specially sweet potatoes , kohila  (lacia aculeata)   , sour sap has the ability to prevent cancer.
    • Kothalahimbutu , thebu are very good herbs to control your high blood sugar levels.
  1. Walk for short distances as more as possible.

    • Walking is very good for your cardiovascular system. 
  1. Avoid lift or escalator as long as possible

    • Try to go up and down at least for two or three stories via stairs. This will automatically  gives you a workout.
